Novotel Lombok Resort & Villas, Kuta (Lombok)

I had a wonderful stay at this resort with its unique village theme, spacious and comfortable rooms, and beautiful gardens. The location is peaceful and right by the beach, making it a great spot to unwind. However, the dining options, while decent, could stand some improvement, and I did encounter a few cleanliness issues in the bathroom. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but be cautious about the pricing for some activities.

My stay at the resort was truly memorable, highlighted by luxurious accommodations and fantastic service. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I wish there were fewer ants and the kettle didn't have a strange smell. The dining experience was generally good, but the menu could use more variety over time. The spa was an absolute haven, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a great place for a relaxing getaway with friendly staff who really make a difference.

My stay was quite mixed. On the one hand, the resort's character and spa were highlights, providing a peaceful atmosphere that we appreciated. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, particularly with noticeable mould in the shower, and we found the lack of evening entertainment disappointing. Overall, while the location by the beach is wonderful, certain aspects of the stay were not up to the four-star standard I expected.

My stay at Novotel Lombok was overall very enjoyable, with a beautiful view of the beach and access to various amenities. The pool villa we had was stunning, but there were some hiccups with the air conditioning that dimmed the experience a bit. The dining options were fantastic, but the restaurant's pricing on drinks was slightly high. Nevertheless, I felt the experience was a good value for the quality of accommodations and together we had a fantastic time.

Staying at Novotel Lombok was a dream come true. The stunning architecture and beautiful beach view immediately took my breath away. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made my stay extra special, especially Robby and Arama who went above and beyond. The hotel had an excellent breakfast spread and clean facilities. However, the area feels dry, and while it's generally quiet, you might want to take a taxi to Kuta for more activity. Overall, it was a delightful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
